Helena Mattsson has taken the role of Rebecca in Iron Man 2. The sequel, due to hit theaters on May 7th in 2010, is written by Justin Theroux and Stan Lee.
With the world now aware of his dual life as the armored superhero Iron Man, billionaire inventor Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) faces pressure from the government, the press, and the public to share his technology with the military.
Unwilling to let go of his invention, Stark, along with Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow), and James “Rhodey” Rhodes (Don Cheadle) at his side, must forge new alliances — and confront powerful enemies.
Helena Mattsson is a Swedish actress, born on the 30th of March in 1984 in Stockholm, Sweden. Mattsson has been acting since she was 19 years old when she moved to California to pursue acting full time.
In 2004 Mattsson starred in a TV production by the name of Sweden, Ohio as Lena. With the majority of her roles consisting of guest roles, Helena has also been seen in Sex, Love and Secrets, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, CSI: NY as Lauren Redgrave, Cold Case and Two and a Half Men.
Helena’s filmography includes roles in You and I, Surrogates, American Men, Americanizing Shelley and Nobody as Lellee. Helena has also appeared in the Legend of the Seeker as Salinda, Rules of Engagement and Species: The Awakening.
